Sharpen your skills this winter! Söderhamn municipality offers fantastic trails, ranging from challenging routes to easier loops in beautiful natural settings.

Hällåsen och Hällmyra

Hällåsen/Hällmyra features 10 km of groomed trails with lighting during the winter season. The area offers trails of varying difficulty in stunning natural surroundings, with easy access to the Aquarena family recreation center. Whether you’re tackling the demanding Anders Södergren loop or taking a more relaxed route, there’s something for everyone.

At Hällmyra ski stadium, you’ll find a ski playground with a practice hill for refining downhill techniques or enjoying some sledding fun. The area also features grills and benches. After skiing, head to the nearby Aquarena for access to a gym, showers, swimming pool, sauna, and relaxation facilities.

Stugsundsudden

An easy trail without hills, ideal for beginners. Amenities include benches, tables, a grill area, and a small sledding hill when there’s plenty of snow. A short artificial snow trail is available in low-snow conditions.

Trönö

Lit trails: 1.7 km and 2.7 km
Facilities: Waxing room and changing rooms open weekdays from 07:00-16:00, also available during training sessions.
Fee: Voluntary trail fee; payment slips available at the ski lodge.

Trails: 1.5, 2.5, and 5 km lit loops.
Lighting: Activated manually via a button at the ski lodge, available until 21:00 daily.
Waxing room available but not open every day.

Trail: 2 km lit trail near the shooting range in Valla.
Lighting: Timer-controlled for 2-hour intervals; the timer is located on a pole at the trailhead.

Day trail: 5 km.
